New page on taxman's site

HMRC have created a new page called Trusts news and updates on their website for trusts and their advisers (see ).

It advises that the tax pool calculator has been updated to include the new tax rates from 6 April.

The tool can be used for all tax years from 6 April 2008 to work out a discretionary trust's available tax pool.
