Who to pay?

HMRC should make it clear as to which office tax should be sent (Shipley or Cumbernauld)

I refer to the letter from Malcolm Bowen in Feedback (see ‘Which HMRC office?’).

The HMRC website has a function for agents to delete clients from their list, which cancels the authority to act, so is there any need to write?

One piece of information that I would like to see is the payment office to which tax should be sent – Shipley or Cumbernauld? It states this on the payslip, but often the client does not have one and HMRC have stopped sending them to agents. (Or doesn’t it matter to which collection office it goes?)
