Penny Ciniewicz takes over at Valuation Office Agency

Penny Ciniewicz has been appointed chief executive of the Valuation Office Agency.

She takes up the role on 1 September this year, succeeding Andrew Hudson.

Penny joined the Civil Service in 1997, having worked in the Department for Trade and Industry, Cabinet Office and she is currently the HMRC director for knowledge, analysis and intelligence.
