Note highlighting changes to draft legislation from Nov '08
Further to HMRC’s update on the consultation on transfers of income streams published in February, the department has produced a note highlighting the changes that would be made to the draft legislation published in November 2008.
Revised legislation, Transfer of income streams – schedule, contains provision about transfers of income streams’ together with an explanatory note has now been prepared.
Views on the draft legislation are sought by 25 March 2009, and should be emailed to Richard Rogers.
