Comments invited by 27 February 2009
The Chancellor confirmed in his Pre-Budget Report that the Government will be reforming the tax relief for business expenditure on cars.
The Treasury recently published a technical note on the subject, setting out the proposed legislation, including the transitional arrangements.
Comments on the draft legislation and responses to the questions asked in connection with the proposed transitional arrangements should be received by 27 February 2009.
