Mark Lee has a top tip for persuading clients to bring in their tax return information early: offer to make a £20 donation to charity for each client who delivers all the necessary information by say 31 July. Accountants who have used this approach found it to be the most successful incentive they have tried. TaxAid would welcome any such donations collected.
The key to happy clients is to show them how much tax you are saving them. Mark demonstrated how this is easily achieved with a two step process.
