A record number of students successfully completed their Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) final exams this summer.
Newly issued results show that 6,174 examinees passed to become ACCA affiliates – and there was also a record number of entrants, with 164,646 candidates taking a total of 335,566 papers in June.
The pass rates for each subject can be found below. Student performance at the professional (P) level was in line with expectations, but there were some disappointing results within the fundamentals (F) papers.
The ACCA’s learning and technical policy MD, Clare Minchington, said: ‘[Our] new qualification, launched in 2007, continues to be well received by employers, tuition providers and candidates'.
She added: ‘To meet the demands of globalised and complex economies, we are committed to ensuring that all our examinations meet the highest standards and provide a thorough testing of our students.'
