After a few false starts technology is really starting to have an impact on the way tax professionals are training and continuing their professional development.

For example mention online video and most people immediately think of a tedious download or buffering delay followed by a badly focused fuzzy screen jerky stop start broadcasts and appalling sound.

But if you believe that the video which you find on the internet today is strictly for amusement only and definitely not for serious learning then prepare to be surprised — it's all changed.
