Liesl Fichardt, a partner at Berwin Leighton Paisner, and Mike Truman, editor of Taxation, together with Keith Gordon, Jonathan Levy, and Andrew Watters will look at HMRC's information powers, discovery assessments and also the new approach to compliance checks.
