The UK has the best overall business tax system within the G8 nations but has shown little improvement when compared to countries worldwide, according to new figures.
Paying Taxes 2008, an international study carried out by the World Bank Group and PricewaterhouseCoopers, claims that the UK, despite being ranked second within the EU, remains at the same level as last year, just outside the top ten.
