So what do you eat for lunch? And where do you eat it? Some are fortunate enough to work for a company or firm which provides a staff canteen — reputedly a highly valued benefit especially by women possibly because they do not have to do the preparation and washing up...

Regardless of that a staff canteen is a great way of relaxing with colleagues and enjoying a proper lunch. Others of us are not so lucky. There might be a sandwich man or woman who calls every day convenient if it is raining.

But most of us either make our own sandwiches or nip to the nearest sandwich bar for an expensive probably not particularly fantastic sandwich.
