HMRC have announced that the latest National Statistics on capital gains tax will be delayed until 31 October.
They are now due on 31 October 2007, rather than the previously stated date of 28 September 2007.
In an official statement, HMRC said the hold-up was caused by “problems associated with processing data, which has meant that it is taking longer than usual to produce high-quality data for publication”.
