I wonder if readers can advise me regarding a small 'parking problem'. I work for a small company in a regional town and my employer agreed to pay for the price of a car parking space in a public car park. I calculated that it would be cheaper to buy an annual season ticket for the car park, rather than five daily tickets each working week and I therefore purchased the ticket and my employer has just reimbursed me. In fact, there are a couple of car parks in the vicinity and I chose one which is halfway between the office and the town centre, within walking distance of both.
