Managed service companies

While observing the sitting of Finance Bill committee stage John Whiting noticed the managed service company (MSC) provisions in Finance Bill 2007 Sch 3 were the only part of the discussion that seemed to get the opposition MPs fired up at all. As a result there have been some minor changes to the legislation during the committee stage....
