Thank you for your first draft of the press release 'HMRC to receive justice skills boost'. Although as you say it clearly states the problem and how we intend to solve it I think we might want to phrase it slightly differently in order to shape public opinion into a positive matrix which will generate an ongoing 'win:win' spiral.
Your first sentence is fine HMRC law enforcement teams are to benefit from a major skills improvement strategy from Skills for Justice. I do think however that the following sentence — 'This follows the complete Horlicks that Customs made of...
