Forms 64-8
The Revenue is making new arrangements for dealing with agent authorisation forms 64-8. A single team will handle these forms and enter the relevant agent/client relationships on the appropriate systems. That team will also handle the form CWF1 used to register a new source of self-employment with the Revenue.
So from 29 March 2005 completed forms 64-8 should be sent to: Inland Revenue Central Agent Authorisation Team Longbenton Newcastle upon Tyne NE98 1ZZ.
The Revenue is also developing an electronic agent's authorisation process which it intends to launch later this year.
