Forms 64-8

The Revenue is making new arrangements for dealing with agent authorisation forms 64-8. A single team will handle these forms and enter the relevant agent/client relationships on the appropriate systems. That team will also handle the form CWF1 used to register a new source of self-employment with the Revenue.
So from 29 March 2005 completed forms 64-8 should be sent to: Inland Revenue Central Agent Authorisation Team Longbenton Newcastle upon Tyne NE98 1ZZ.
The Revenue is also developing an electronic agent's authorisation process which it intends to launch later this year.

Stamp duty land tax

In order to allow completion of returns in progress with an effective date of transaction prior to 17 March Stamp Taxes online has not been updated to reflect the Budget changes. The Revenue asks that until the application can be updated to reflect Budget...
