Key Haven Publications plc is holding the 22nd annual Oxford residential conference, Practical Tax Planning 2004, on 23 to 25 September at New College, Oxford.
The many eminent speakers include Andrew Thornhill QC speaking on film schemes and with Mary Stokes on company law accounting and tax, James Kessler QC on inheritance tax family home schemes, Kevin Prosser QC on employee related securities, Elizabeth Wilson on capital gains tax, Stephen Brandon QC on non-United Kingdom domiciliaries, Robert Venables QC on the reform of trusts tax, and Timothy Lyons QC on the Ramsay doctrine in the light of recent cases.
