This is a very substantial and impressive tome which sets out to tell you everything you wanted to know about trusts but were afraid to ask. There are twelve sections to the book with different contributors to each many of the names of which will be well known to members of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners; they include Geoffrey Shindler Owen Clutton Michael Hayes and Matthew Hutton and many others.
In one volume the whole topic is comprehensively dealt with ranging from trustees' powers and duties litigation aspects United Kingdom taxation and the preparation of trust accounts. I did wonder about the usefulness of this last section; many trust accounts are now prepared in computerised form and where they are not I doubt...
