- Did HMRC provide a ‘good customer experience’?
I have just filed the corporation tax return for my company Dawn Publishing Ltd. So what? So I used HMRC’s free online filing software. Never again; next year I will use an accountant with proprietary software. It was a complete nightmare.
The first challenge was to download the software. I tried on Saturday. The site has a warning to save not run the download but I couldn’t even get to the screen to give me the choice.
